The Advocate Exteriors Difference
A Commitment to Taking Care of You the Way We Would Want to Be Treated
Most contractors that do hail claim work focus on the roofing as that is where the money is. Further, most insurance companies do not pay for a general contractor to coordinate all the repairs for you. As result, you, the homeowner, can get left with the roof completed and 'high and dry' with regard to most everything else. So, what's the solution? Advocate Exteriors.

Your Own 'Adjuster'

You will be getting the eyes and advice of a certified adjuster and former financial services professional, a true advocate, not a typical roofing salesperson...someone who has been in the industry for over 12 years.

No Compromise

We aim to take care of your home and claim as if they were our own and to coordinate all the repairs you want done.

Negotiate Entire Claim

Most roofers will only negotiate the roof and maybe the gutters (if at all). What about the rest? We'll handle that for you so you can rest assured that your claim is thorough. This can make $1,000s and sometimes $10,000s of difference.

Stress-Free

We try to keep the details that you need to handle, the decisions you need to make, and the impact on your life to a minimum.

Roofing & Exterior Restoration
WE CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR EXTERIOR STORM-RELATED REPAIRS

The big item in most hail claims is the roof, but nearly one-third of roofing companies in the Front Range go out of business every year. What that means is that your labor warranty vanishes into thin air. What's a big reason roofing companies go out of business? Labor warranty issues.

Your roof is the most important repair in most hail claims as it is what protects your home. If a roofing salesperson is offering you a much better deal than other roofers, beware. You've got to ask yourself where are they cutting corners? That's probably the roofer to avoid. And, since the insurance companies set the prices, going with the 'cheap' bid does not help you...it just leaves you with cheap repairs.

Further, some roofing companies try to be the 'jack-of-all-trades' and end up being the master of none. It is better to stick with a roofer who specializes in roofing to ensure you get the best job.

Our commitment to our clients is that we bridge that gap for you and facilitate all the repairs you want completed, without compromise, starting with the roof. We utilize installers that specialize and have a proven track record, especially with regard to the most important repairs like your roof. Then, we process everything through to inspections being completed and your insurance company releasing the remaining money.
  • Roofing. Our roofs are installed by the largest and highest certified roofer in the state of Colorado and one of the largest roofers in the nation for your peace of mind. This company specializes in roofing and has been completing our installations for over 12 years and 100% stands behind their work. They maintain an A+ BBB rating while installing more roofs than any other roofer in the state.
  • Gutters. We can replace some or all of your gutter system and match your existing colors.
  • Paint. Whether it's paint for your siding or stain for your deck or fence, we've got you covered.
  • More. Siding, windows, screens, deck boards and handrails, A/C combing or repair, interior water damage, etc. We're committed to helping our clients get all the repairs done that they want without compromise and without stress.

What Our Clients Are Saying About Our Work

We Are Very Happy
When the roofers completed the job, they removed all the fallen debris and went over the area with a magnet to pick up loose nails. They also removed any large debris from the gutters by hand and used a blower to clean the finer materials that had fallen into the gutters...we are very happy.
Dan & Patricia Bach
We Were Very Impressed
The crew came out and installed the roof in one day. We were very impressed with the workers who worked very hard and didn't even take a break for lunch! They were very courteous and cleaned up the mess with excellence.
Larry & Sue F.
They Do Great Work
The new roof looks great, thanks to a great installation crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the entire job in one day. I appreciated the fact that they were very careful not to damage our landscaped yard and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend them...[they] do great work and are easy to work with.

IMAGINE HAVING A CERTIFIED ADJUSTER WORKING FOR YOU [FOR FREE]

Since the "money's in the roof", it's roofing contractors that are out actively vying for your business. Roofers can make a lot of promises they cannot fulfill and set expectations they should not...all in the name of getting your business.

Some will act like they have a special way to get an insurance adjuster to 'buy' your roof or pay for other damage. (Adjusters will get fired if they are giving special favor like that.) Many will act like it is super important that they meet with your adjuster. (Mostly this is simply not true. And, there are reasons why sometimes it is better not to meet the adjuster on their initial assessment.)

At the end of the day, it really all comes down to how well you can present your findings to address the following criteria:
  • Insurance Policy Provisions. Your claim is governed by your insurance policy. Your policy has specific inclusions, exclusions, and endorsements. The policy will provide specific definitions of what is covered damage and what is not.
  • Current Business Policy. From time-to-time, insurance companies may set different empirical standards for what constitutes hail damage. For example, in one storm an insurance company may set 8 hits within a test square as sufficient damage to 'total' a roof, while the following year it may require 20 hits.
  • Subjective Opinion. While insurance companies try to set objective standards, at the end of the day, hail damage that is 'on the line' is subject to a particular adjuster's opinion.
  • The Insurance Company's Claim Format. Adjuster's product damage reports and claims estimates in a specific format supported with photos, documents, explanations, etc.?
So, the key to your claim ending up as thorough as possible is having a seasoned claim advocate and 'adjuster' who will audit your claim and present a legitimate, well-documented estimate back to your insurance in a format that looks and feels like a like a well-supported adjuster's report with all the above issues taken into consideration and utilizing the insurance company's own preset pricing.

This is what we do. This is why we get regular positive feedback from adjusters for making their job easy while ending up with thorough claims for our clients. And...we provide this claim advocacy service for free to our clients.

What Our Clients Are Saying About Our Claim Advocacy

The Best Thing I Did
The best thing I did was to ask my local insurance agent for a referral. My agent did not hesitate to recommend that I call Todd Martin. When Todd came he was very informative & explained exactly how the procedure would take place, including dealing with Farmers. I am very pleased to tell you that everything right up to the roof replacement and insurance company claim compensation took place exactly as I was told it would. They did a great job.
Dennis Jones

Relieved Any Anxiety We Had
Mr. Martin was referred to us. We had [him] inspect our roof for any potential problems. He performed a thorough inspection...and showed us pictures of the problems he observed, and explained in detail the process. Mr. Martin worked diligently with our insurance company...and communicated with us regularly as well, creating a seamless process which relieved any anxiety we had. We are very pleased. We would recommend Mr. Martin to anyone.
Marilyn & Stephan Pipkin

Thank You Very Much...For Everything
I would like to thank Todd Martin for the professional and courteous way in which he helped me with my roof. He promptly answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to work with me and my schedule. I would also like to thank him with the help with my insurance company and the adjuster. Todd made this experience easy and timely. Once again thank you very much Todd for everything you did for me.

Find Out If Your Home Qualifies For Solar And The Large Federal Tax Credit

--- CPAs are advising homeowners to check into solar NOW before it's too late! ---

Some Homes Qualify, Some Don't

Each roof is different (direction, pitch, shading, area, etc.). Not every roof qualifies. Not every situation makes sense for solar.

Large Federal Tax Credit Going Away Soon

There is currently a 26% federal tax credit for homeowners that choose to convert to solar. This tax credit is being phased out.

Free Solar Analysis

There are a lot of different factors that go into the calculations. Therefore, we offer a free solar analysis that will calculate the pros and cons of converting to solar on your home.

Doing Your Part To Save The Enviroment

A large reason that so many people are going solar is because it is a way that they can 'do their part' to protect the environment by reducing their consumption of dirty energy.

Benefits of Solar

  • Protect the Environment: Switch from 'dirty' power to clean power.
  • Tax Credit: Take advantage of the large federal tax credit before it is gone.
  • Net Metering: Your power company will credit you for any extra electricity produced during the day so that you can uses those credits when your panels are not producing electricity. In certain situations, they may credit you on more than a 1:1 basis for the extra power your panels produce.
  • Bill Swap: You are currently paying for electricity; this is essentially a bill swap.
  • Fix Your Payments: Your new electric payment will never go up and has an end point. Your current electric payments go up every year and there is no end point.
  • Save: Typically save $10,000s over time.
  • Equity: Immediately add value to your home (avg. $20,000).
  • Out-of-Pocket Cost: It costs $0 out-of-pocket.
  • Timing: No better time than now.

Only The Best For Our Clients

We only partner with the best. Like our roofing partner, our solar provider is the largest installer in the state of Colorado and 4th largest in the nation. They maintain an A+ rating with the BBB, offer the best equipment and longest warranties in the industry, and have 10,000s of satisfied clients.
